FAQ
Corrugated Box FAQ
Questions? We've got answers.
01Do you make custom box sizes?
Yes. Most of what we make is built to the customer's exact inside dimensions. Send us your L x W x D and we'll quote it.
02What's the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 65 boxes. For custom sizes, larger runs lower your cost per box. Ask us for pricing at a few different quantities.
03How long does an order take?
Standard orders typically ship in 7–10 business days. Custom die-cuts and printed boxes may take longer if new tooling or plates are needed. We'll give you a firm date with your quote.
04Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver throughout South Florida. Pickup at our Hialeah location is also available.
05Can you print my logo on the box?
Yes. Send us your artwork and colors, and we'll include printing in your quote.
06I don't know what box I need. Can you help?
That's what we're here for. Tell us what you're shipping, how much it weighs, and how it travels. We'll recommend the right style and board strength.
07What's the difference between ECT and Mullen?
ECT measures stacking strength. Mullen measures puncture resistance. Most shipping today uses ECT. See our Corrugated Boxes 101 page for the full breakdown.
